Negotiate all leases, subleases and renewals
Inspect property and keep an accurate inventory statement on file
Collect monthly rents and security deposits
Arrange and supervise all maintenance services for minor and major repairs
On a monthly basis: provide owner with a check of the net proceeds along with an
itemized statement of receipts & disbursements
Handle payments for mortgages, water & garbage, taxes, and insurance
Represent owner in Small Claims Court in any suit involving tenants, and process any necessary evictions
Perform a final inspection upon termination of a lease
OUR FEE: 10% of the collected gross monthly rent
